All prospective students must undergo an administrative records review before admission. A parent or guardian must accompany students during enrollment. Please review the list of requirements carefully before applying.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Enrollment Packet: All forms in the packet must be filled in and signed.
  • Immunization Records: Each student is required to provide a current and complete immunization record.
  • Certificate of Indian Blood: Students must demonstrate membership in a federally recognized Tribe and provide a CIB.
  • Birth Certificate or Guardianship Documents: A birth certificate or other legal documentation establishing guardianship or parentage must be presented during enrollment.
  • Transcripts and Test Data: Prospective students must submit their most recent academic transcripts, which should include grades, credits, attendance records, and relevant state or English Learner test scores.
  • Out-of-Boundary Waiver: Students living outside the school’s attendance boundaries must have a waiver approved by the school board.
  • Availability of Space: Students not enrolled in the previous semester will be admitted only if available in the appropriate grade or class schedule.

Medical Disclosures

Upon admission, students with known medical conditions, such as food allergies or other health issues, must disclose this information to the school principal and registrar. This ensures that appropriate staff members are made aware and can provide the necessary accommodations in accordance with school policies.

Counseling Sessions

Certain students are required to attend a documented counseling session before enrollment. This session offers an opportunity to review school policies, expectations, and rules while addressing any student concerns. The following students must participate in a counseling session:

  • Students under suspension or involved in disciplinary actions at a previous school
  • Students seeking re-enrollment after violating the school's substance abuse policy
  • Students previously expelled for criminal offenses or violent behavior

Enrollment Denial

The school reserves the right to deny enrollment if it is determined that a student threatens the health, safety or welfare of other students, staff, faculty, or the school.
